PROJECT STRUCTURE

We don’t just deliver reports – we build solutions with you. Our projects are designed for rapid impact, typically concluding within 4 to 6 weeks. Each engagement is staffed with a dedicated team of 5-6 specialized consultants, expertly guided by 1-2 experienced Project Leads who are also the Directors of our Consulting body, for ultimate quality control. We are committed to a flexible, diligent partnership that drives sustainable success.

Initial Consultation

We begin by defining the core challenge (Problem Statement). This includes getting to know your organization, mission, and short-term and long-term goals. Upon mutual agreement, we move forward with the project.

Pre Week 1

Project Team Introduction

The Team you will be working with is assembled. They will introduce themselves, discuss the problem statement in detail, ask clarifying questions, and work with you to draft a preliminary project roadmap and framework.

Week 1

Preliminary & Primary Research

The team focuses on gathering crucial insights. This involves a deep dive into existing data, preliminary market analysis, and any necessary primary research to fully understand the landscape.

Week 1-2

Research & Brainstorming

The team develops personalized solutions through intensive research, data analysis, and synthesis. They will then engage in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and tailored approaches.

Week 2-3

Mid-Project Review & Analysis of Key Findings

A formal mid-project check-in in the form of a presentation or written deliverable. The team will present the analysis of major findings, distilling actionable intelligence to ensure the project is on the correct track and allowing ample time to adjust the strategy.

Week 4

Initial Strategic Outlay

Based on the analysis, the team drafts the Strategic Roadmap. This outlines the specific recommendations and the initial plan for implementation. You will be updated regularly on progress through calls.

Week 5

Final Presentation

After thorough review by the project lead, the team delivers the actionable plans and insights in a comprehensive presentation. This covers all findings and the detailed strategy for implementation.

Week 6

Client Feedback

We obtain feedback about the team's overall performance, as well as our branch's onboarding process, communication, and quality of deliverables.
