Who are we?

We are a student run organization committed to providing high quality consulting services to non-profits and social enterprises on a pro bono basis. We initially started out as a training and development wing with the aim of helping students gain industry skills but later this paved a way and gave birth to the Ramjas Consulting Society.

Ramjas Consulting Society (better known as RCS), has been a pioneer in creating industry-ready strategy & financial advisory professionals in our college.

Ramjas Consulting Society operates with the evident ability to provide the highest level of service to its clients, backed by nothing but the concept of perfection. Our team members have the remarkable ability to connect theory with practice and assist enterprises in reaching new heights. Apart from being a one-of-a-kind society preparing students for consulting specific interviews constantly testing its members on brainteasers, guesstimates & cases, we also provide students with guidance for creating a perfect consulting-oriented CVs & LinkedIn profiles.

Flow of the Recruitment

If you wish to be a part of the society, you may apply through this link. Preliminary screening of CVs and forms will take place

Group discussion

Shortlisted candidates will be put forward in group discussion round to assess the communication skills, team-work skills and problem-solving skills

Personal Interview

Candidates qualifying GD round will put to test in PI where their skills, abilities and personality is judged while also seeing whether they are a good fit for the society

Induction

After qualifying all rounds, the prospective members will be inducted into the society

the ramjas case challenge

The Ramjas Consulting Society is extremely elated to announce the widely-awaited Case Challenge, better than ever- only open for freshers (batch of 2026/27).

Do you want to showcase your analytical and logical skills for the rest of the college? The RCS Case Challenge has you covered. Ace the case and gain a monumental advantage in the recruitment process. So gear up, even if you haven’t solved a case before, now’s the time to try it all!

A case will be sent to your respective e-mail ids and you will have to submit it before the deadline. The results will be mailed to the winners and also would be declared on our social media handles.

The participants securing the first 3 places will get direct entry to the PI round and the next 5 special mentions will get a direct entry into the GD round with a special advantage.
